Kinetic Loom

Kinetic Loom is an Acrylic painting 36 inch X 72 inch on a cotton canvas. It’s an incredibly rhythmic piece. It doesn't just sit on the canvas; it vibrates with a specific frequency. The way the light fades into the shades of greens with the black background creates a fantastic sense of depth as if these ribbons of light are moving through a vast void.

Story behind the painting: When I came up with this design for the painting I wanted to convey organized chaos. I am a creative person by nature however I am very analytical. I always seem to find me self in situations where I am tasked with organizing a mess. My kids always make fun of me as I always seem to have a plan A, B, and a kind of planed out C LOL. This painting represents the beauty you can find in organizing the unorganizable putting chaos in its proper place.
