Please allow 5-10 business days from the date of purchase for fulfillment and to receive shipment tracking information, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all artwork sales are final. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Sales tax will be collected where required by law. For shipments outside Texas, buyer is responsible for any applicable use tax, VAT, GST, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, import charges, or similar taxes and fees unless otherwise stated at checkout. Transit typically takes 7-10 business days unless specified by carrier. This time frame includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Tracking number will be emailed to customer once shipped.

Once the delivery has arrived to your destination, we are no longer responsible for any of the items.

SHIPPING TO OUT SIDE UNITES STATES

Import duties, VAT, or import taxes, carrier fees and customs declarations (if applicable) are determined by the destination country and are not included in the artwork price. These fees are collected by local customs authorities in accordance with their regulations by purchaser.

Since your artwork is declared as an original, hand-painted artwork, any potential import charges are typically minimal compared to the value of the piece. Final decisions always rest with local customs policies. Seller is not responsible for any of these fees and are the soul responsibility of the purchaser.

Artwork Shipping Details

Only the canvas’s are sold with paintings on them. To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition, this original painting will be carefully removed from its wooden stretcher bars prior to transit. It will then be securely rolled and shipped inside a heavy-duty, protective shipping tube. This method is the safest way to prevent any puncture or structural damage during its journey. Once it arrives, you can easily take the canvas to a local framer to have it re-stretched onto wooden bars or mounted into a frame of your choosing, bringing the piece to life in your space.

HIGH-VALUE ITEMS & SIGNATURE DELIVERY

To ensure the safe arrival of significant works, the following terms apply to high-value orders:

  • Signature Requirement: For original paintings and orders exceeding $500.00 USD, we require a signature upon delivery. This ensures the artwork is handed directly to you or a resident and not left unattended.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once the item ships. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for the package on the estimated delivery date provided by the carrier.

  • Rerouting: If a package is returned to the Color Well Studio because it was unable to be signed for after multiple attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
